Clinical Presentation

The patient is a 12-year-old male presenting with rapid onset of progressive bowing of right knee.

Treatment Options

  1. Medial compartment unloading brace
  2. Osteotomy tibia / fibula - plate
  3. Osteotomy tibia / fibula - frame
  4. Guided growth - staple(s)
  5. Guided growth - eight-plate*
